Migration plan: Phase 0 → 1

Last edited by deck-agent · 3 minutes ago · signed

Cut over Phase 0 services to the new control plane Tuesday at 02:00 UTC. All writes are read-only for 4 minutes.

Roll forward strategy uses double-write to both clusters until Sunday.

Acceptance criteria

  • Garden financials reconciled twice nightly
  • Audit log shows zero gaps across boundary
  • Customer SDK round-trips within p95 ≤ 120ms
The two-cluster write is the cheapest insurance we will ever buy. Keep it on until Sunday.— JR

The rollback plan references a Slack channel that no longer exists. Replace with link to the on-call runbook?

SubjRe: Q3 proposal — v3 attached

Thanks for the kind notes on the balanced variant.

Attaching the redlined v3 with net-45 and mutual indemnity.

Happy to walk through it on Thursday at 4 PM if useful.

  • Inline agent suggestions with provenance gutters
  • Citation-aware drafts (linked Sheets, Mail, Files)
  • Approve / reject / edit, paragraph by paragraph
  • Every signed action lands on the audit chain

Thanks for the kind notes on the balanced variant. Attaching the redlined v3 with the requested term changes — net-45, mutual indemnity, and the data-residency rider you flagged. Happy to walk through it on Thursday at 4 PM if useful.

The block agent flow is the cleanest "AI in a doc" experience I have ever seen. It feels like Notion if Notion respected your tone.
